apache2 killing machine when module loaded

Hello.
When starting apache 2.054 with my module added ram usage is growing
and growing and machine died when all swap is used...
First client establish some quantity of connections with apache module,
and when all connections are established ram usage doesn't stop
growing.
What is the reason?

I've played a lot with httpd.conf, compiled httpd with prefork and
forker mpm, tried on 2.4 and 2.6 kernel...
