Subdomain Redirection

I have a subdomain, "hello",
which can be reached by

hello.mydomain.com

Now, I need to do the following:

Any incoming URL containing "hello", but not
"hello.mydomain.com" to be redirected to
the URL that contains

hello.mydomain.com

instead of

hello
