Is it possible (via mod_rewrite, etc) to change url from

/main/server/test/my/directory?param1=val1&param2=val2
to
/main/server/test.do?File=%2Fmy%2Fdirectory%3Fparam1%3Dval1%26p aram2%3Dval2
