I'm having a little problem....

I've been trying to search my local library, but continually get the page
that says Apache has succeccfully been loaded if you still see this page
contact the site. Well, I went to the library and they said it was working
fine. True because I saw her go to the same site I was at and it worked. So
I had various people try with thier computers and servers, my husband's work
works, friends dsl works and someone else's dial up works. But I still
don't. What could be the problem, but more importantly how do I fix it?
