Question about graceful restart and config file changes in Apache 2.

I'm running Apache 2.0.49 on Linux and just witnessed my first
successful "stress test". I had the server configured to support 200
max connections on my PII 700 MHz server w/ 512 MB of RAM and today
the server hit that threshold and didn't crash at all. CPU usage
remained under 1% and system load was under 1.0. :)

I would like to crank max clients up from 200 to 250 and was wondering
if this would take effect when the weekly graceful restart of Apache I
have scheduled runs? I'm running with the worker MPM w/ 25 threads
per child configured.
