Best Apache Training Conference?

Can any of you recommend an Apache training conference that is:

* In the United States or Canada
* Talks about building and maintaining a web farm, among other things
* Is in a nice location (good scenery, museums, etc.) for my nights

?

Which should take well care of the first two requirements, but doesn't
exactly do much for the 3rd.
