Apache 2.0 Truncunate the files

Apache Version : apache_2.0.48-win32-x86-no_ssl

Apache truncunate all files execpt .html .gif .png .jpg .jpeg

text files .txt and binary .tgz .zip .exe .7z .mp3 .....
are truncunate to 64k (65535 bytes)

Error Log say :
[Fri Jan 02 23:40:55 2004] [info] (OS 996)Overlapped I/O event is not
in a signaled state. : core_output_filter: writing data to the
network

I'm new with Apache someone can help me?
