Default Apache came up in German!

I just installed apache 2.0.47, windows XP. I hit the home page, and
it came up in German. Cool, but where is this being controlled, and
how do I set it to something else?
thanks,

If the default language of your browser (IE) is German, then your will
see the test page in German. Your browser can handle multiple languages.
If it does not find the German page on your web site, then it will try to
display the second language that your browser allows.

In your browser's preferences. Or maybe your desktop's preferences
if your browser inherits them.
