Websphere admin guide

Can anyone point me in the direction of a decent websphere admin's
guide ?

I come from a unix sys-admin backround and I've looked after Apache
servers before but websphere is a totally different kettle of fish.
I've had a look at the redbooks on IBM's site but they seem to be
mostly geared to Java developers.
I've got zero Java backround, is this gonna make the learning curve
for websphere steeper ?
