Default Apache2 W32, PHP4.3.3 Apache claims " site under construction "

OK, maybe i've done something teribly wron, or i've missed something,
but my apache was running fine for almost three months, 5 virtual
hosts, everything ran great. THEN. I wake up one morning to find
apache claiming " Under Construction
The site you were trying to reach does not currently have a default
page. It may be in the process of being upgraded and configured.

so after i fiddled with it for almost three days, i decided to scrap
it, and start anew on a different server. so i moved everything to a
new server, installed, PERL, PHP 4.3.3, Apache2 and everything was
running great, got my E-Mail for my website working with my E-mail
Daemon and everything.. then no sooner did i show off by showing the
site to a friend then he tells me " dood, site under construction my
heart leapt... what am i doing wrong?? here if you would like to see
my Apache.conf E-Mail me @ ArcAiN6[at]sbcglobal[dot]net

oh, btw installed all this garbage on a compaq proliant 1600 2x 450mhz
PII server and windows 2000 pro SP4

any suggestions, or people with the same problem and a possable fix
please let me know..
