I've just got a RH Linux 9 system installed, came with Apache 2, but I need
apxs to install some modules, but it's not on the system, RH doesn't have a apache2-devel package, nor is it anywhere to be found on Apache.org's site. So where am I supposed to obtain this thing? -- |

Hmmm, brilliant; they call it 'Apache' in the product features &
documentation, but it's nowhere to be found in the package names or descriptions. And they wonder why people hate their distro.
