Apache 1.3 support

Apologies if this seems to be a silly question. As there are now two
versions of apache 1.3.?? and 2.0.?? Does anyone know when support
for apache version 1.3.?? will stop. Is version 2.0.?? considered to
be a development environment still evolving.
