They can supply you a driver. If you have a custom kernel, or a newer one than they have caught up to, you need the sources to it in order to compile the kernel module. They support OpenSSL Engine 0.9.6, or OpenSSL 0.9.7. I assume you're using Apache. I don't know about 1.3, but support for hardware acceleration was recently (May 30) cleaned up a lot in Apache 2.1. It may even work. Part of this patch (not all of it as far as I can see) has been nominated for backport into Apache 2.0, but it hasn't made it into any releases yet. Alternatively, you could buy Covalent's Fast Start server, which does support CryptoSwift. S.
