~/public_html/cgi-bin

I am new to Apache. I have successfully changed the default document
root from /var/www/html to ~/public_html in the httpd.conf file.

However, I cannot change the default cgi-bin directory from
/var/www/cgi-bin to ~/public_html/cgi-bin

Could anyone show me an example please?
