Ipp2p and TC

Hi All,

I am new to use TC and just wondering if somebody can help me in this.

I have installed IPP2P and its dropping all the P2P traffic on the
network.

What I want is to allow P2P traffic for 1M bandwidth and all other
traffic to another 1M bandwidth ? I am using FC3. I think its possible
through tc but not sure how.

Please suggest.
