From that site:

The vast majority of Retina's audits can be conducted without
administrator rights, making Retina the easiest scanner to use, and the
most cost-effective to deploy.

Might be a good thing or not. For myself, I'm always wary of giving
scanning rights. Call me paranoid; I've been called worse.

I don't trust code that isn't open source. Nessus is open source, Retina
appears to be a proprietary executable, judging by the "free trial."

I have heard many good things about Retina but have not used it myself.
Seems, from reading posts on the closed InfoSec forums, most top guys use
both!

I don't know about proprietary stuff. It sound like retina is. I have been
using Nessus for sometime and I have always been pleased with it....
