Default PaX, Xorg, and Nvidia Drivers

I was reading up on an article explaining the use of PaX and Xorg at
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/hardened/hardenedxorg.xml , and I noticed
that the guide explicitly stated that -binary- drivers such as those of
Nvidia and ATI, would not work when using PaX with Xorg.

The Nvidia linux driver installer, which you can get from their website,
when run, checks Nvidia's website for a precompiled kernel module to fit
the linux system that it is being installed on, and, if it cannot find a
fitting one, attempts to compile a kernel module itself.

Because the article only states that binary drivers cause problems with PaX
and Xorg, I was curious as to whether or not the dynamically compiled
Nvidia kernel module would work with Xorg.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
