I am running Red Hat 9.0 and the ftp client does not support
active ftp connections, only passive. I am trying to connect to an ftp server that only supports active connections. Per the man page there is no way to force an active connection. Am I missing something or is there a work around. I can use Internet Exploer in Windows and browse the ftp site since it is using an active connection, but Linux cannot do the same! Thanks for any help. Mike |
