Why would my ISps nameserver be contacting my box

Default Why would my ISps nameserver be contacting my box

Like it says... Why would a nameserver from my isp, ns1.dns.xxx.yyy be
trying to contact my computer on several ports in the 43107-43132 range?
The source port is always UDP 53.

Most likely, it is responding to dns queries generated by software running
on your machine.
