MISSING GPG key

I'm trying to find GPG key ID 0x78D019F5 and haven't been able to
find it on any of the GPG servers that I frequent, of which there
are about 5.

A number of people at Mandrake.com are listed as a packager on
RPM packages which are signed by that key. Because of that, I've
also looked and searched on the Mandrake website for the key, and
written to a couple of the packagers for pointers to the key.

Is there anything else I can or should do to find the key?
