I have no idea what access diver is. John the Ripper is indeed a good hash
cracker. Another one is crack. I think l0phtcrack will be windows only.

For remote use (hybrid attacks not brute force) Brutus and Entry work. True
brute force over a net is next to impossible.

Unless you mean brute forcing crypto keyspace or registration key. That's
another matter.
