tripwire on RH ES3

I noticed that RH ES3 does not include tripwire.
I tried to use tripwire from ES2.1 but when I run
tripwire --check
I get a segmentation fault.
kernel-2.4.21-4.EL
Has anyone been able to get tripwire installed on ES3 or found an
equivalent to replace tripwire.
