Default PHP or MySQL error?

Hello,
I am in the process of setting up a IDS system running MySql, PHP and ACID.
It apears that nothing is being reported to the console via the web. In the
PHP logging level I get this error...
PHP API: apache2filter
PHP Logging level: (2039) [E_ERROR] [E_WARNING] [E_PARSE]
[E_CORE_WARNING] [E_CORE_ERROR] [E_COMPILE_ERROR] [E_COMPILE_WARNING]
Loaded Modules: [ xml ] [ tokenizer ] [ standard ] [ sockets ] [
session ] [ posix ] [ pcre ] [ overload ] [ mysql ] [ gd ] [ ctype ] [
zlib ] [ Apache 2.0 ]

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks
Bob
