Default HTTP_USER_AGENT

Hi All,
Very often in Apache logs i saw user_agent
'Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98; DigExt)'
and i whant to know, what is 'DigExt'?

4 example:
'Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; .NET CLR 1.0.3705)'
'.NET CLR' added by Visual Studio .NET

Question:
What software or plug-in add 'DigExt'??
