We are seeing issues with files in a directory that is nfs exported
from linux and nfs mounted on solaris. Although the files exist on linux it appears that from the Solaris side applications are not seeing them immediately they are created. Adding a sleep of a few seconds on the Solaris side before trying to access them does not seem to help either. N.B. the files are very small....only a few bytes I suspect some NFS performance issue...anyone any ideas on a solution? |

You could install ntp or chrony to fix that. -- <mdorman> I'm a gnus person myself. It's an editor! It's a floorwax! It's a dessert topping! |
