I agree with Tommy on this. I do not think this is your problem. I
installed Fedora Core 2 Friday evening. I then pulled down the source,
built, and installed ndiswrapper last night. I am using the 2.6.6-435
kernel from Fedora. It has 4k stacks.

I am using my D-Link DWL-G650 card right now at 108 Mbps with no problems.
