Default Re: Dell Servers On Ebay For Sale

The guy made appointed times which I agrred to and he just didn't
show up for a local pickup I relented on even tho the auction stated
no local pickups. Then the prick says I triwed to charge him SHIPPING
after I chewed his butt out when he finally did show.

How am I responsible for shipping damage? How am I supposed
to KNOW it was damaged in ship if the guy waits TWO MONTHS
and NFB and thats how I find out?

The generally accepted rule on Ebay is with a BIN, you have it on hand
to ship. IMO it is unethical to use the approach of taking people' money
and THEN ordering the item.

The last guy was an outright weasel. Changed his final price 4 times
post auction. Provided emails to Ebay fraud and he was booted.

BTW....sold 2 outta 3....not bad.
