Default pcmcia_socket0: unable to apply power

I have installed Fedora core 2 on a Toshiba Tecra 530CDT laptop, granted it
only have 64Meg of ram, however, I previously had Fedora core 1 installed
without any problems. My problem is that there seems to be a problem with
the networking. I receive the following message: "cs: pcmcia_socket0:
unable to apply power". This is the same configuration that was used for
Fedora core 1, and all work fine. I would like to know, how I can correct
this.

Thanks
Overbey
