Default Mitel SME Server/Gateway setup questions

First....networking is not my strong suit.

I have a SME v5.5 set up in server/gatewat mode.

I bought a block of 5 user-assignable static ip addresses from Qwest
xxx.xxx.xxx.201 thru xxx.xxx.xxx.205.
xxx.xxx.xxx.206 is the reserved gateway (Modem). Sub-mask is
xxx.xxx.xxx.248

I have setup the server as .201 with modem plugged into first server nic.

I have 4 PC's setup as .202, .203, .204, 205 these are connected to a 16
port switch which is plugged into the other server nic.

I can http to the server and get the default web page.

I can ping the server and the modem successfully but none of the others
(202,203,204,205).

The server gateway is set to .206 (modem).
the PC's gateway is set to .201 (server).

All are networking and sharing the internet happily but I can get into any
of the PC's.

I must be missing something pretty basic.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Alex
