Default newbie question, Xircom Wireless card (airo_cs)

I am running Familiar linux on a IPAQ 3950

The CardMgr kind of recognize the card as "xircom wireless network
adapter", and state is ready, driver (airo_cs) is loaded on rare
ocassion, but not loaded most of the time.

/etc/pcmcia/config has the definition of the card (same as what
"cardctl ident" gives )

Using /lib/modules/2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh30/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/airo_cs.o

Any help is appreciated, please reply to the group or "pixfw @
rogers.com " remove the space
