Squid configuration file needed

hello friends
im having two comps
DEscription compA
Comp A - Havin two network cards one conected to the Cable modem
having the public IP (say A.B.C.D), the other one conected to the
local lan having the ip address 10.128.4.1/24
the OS is redhat linux 9 . i want to configure the squid on compA
for internet sharing .

Whn i copy the squid.conf from the office and copied to my machine
and make few editing , but whn i try to restart the squid service its
thriwng some errors , the version of linux in office is 7.3.

Comp B

one ethernet card and its ip is 10.128.4.2/24 with gate way as
10.128.4.1

So if any one having the minimum configuration of squid (hope 10 lines
is enough for minimal configuration)pls tell me.
