I've got two PC's on a local network (192.168.1.0). Box1 can tracepath to
Box2, but I can't tracepath from Box2 to Box1. The boxes can ping each other... But anything else, HTTP, Telnet, SSH, Box1 appears to be invisible to Box2. I also have a Windows box that can't telnet/http to Box1. I've tried searching for similar problems, but everything seems to be related to firewalls, or complete network disconnects (no pinging either). I'm pretty new to this and would really appreciate some help figuring out where the problem is. -greg -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =----- http://www.newsfeeds.com - The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! -----== Over 80,000 Newsgroups - 16 Different Servers! =----- |
