Remember that it is firstly designed to print sheet music, but it does also have midi functionality. hth/FGB |

Will this lilypond do that? I.e. can I sing a song into the mike and have it print me the score? |

It's very, very difficult to do that, although lilypond and noteedit both attempt to reverse from midi files. problems include 'how long is a 1/4 note' and 'how exact can you sing that 1/4 note'. The resulting interpretation usually takes as long to clean up as entering a score by hand. /FGB |
