Resource set subroutines

HI all,
Iam porting C++ applications form AIX to Linux. Please
some body suggest the possible work around on Linux for the resource
set
routines like,

rs_alloc
rs_free
rs_getassociativity
rs_getinfo
rs_getnameattr
rs_getpartition. These routines belong to Resource set Library on AIX.
