Folks,
I am new to Redhat Linux. I have a external USB harddisk formatted as NTFS. how do I read/Write to it from Redhat linux. Hw should I mount it ? Can I write to it ? A related question, How can I burn DVD's from redhat ? Thanks Slashdot~ |

Recent RH versions are "Enterprise" versions. The community/beta version is Fedora. If you are using RH (v9, or v8, or v7), then upgrade to a current version. I googled this link for Fedora: http://fedorasolved.org/post-install...tfs-read-write Writing DVDs: There are a variety of utilities to write DVDs from any GNU/Linux.
