Default A PAN question

I can't figure out how to get PAN to show only unread articles while
showing them threaded. When I turn on the threaded option it shows them
all.

Thanks

View -> Header Pane -> Match Only Unread Articles

The headers don't seem to be working 100%. Some of the articles are
shown threaded, while others that are obviously from the same thread are
not grouped. Is there anything I can do about that?

Could be that youve plonked he people that those articles are in response
to. Threading is based on the references header and if the articles
mentioned in that header do not exist there is no way to thread them.

That's a possibility. I have enabled filters to reject the posts from
google and webtv.
