Stats/Server Overload

Hi
for a while i'm receving some emails with the title "Stats/Server
Overload" and when i heaved check his cpu/memory/usage i haved seen
that all memory and swap is on full usage but the cpu is actiing
normaly

How i can find what service is eating all my memory
