Oh, feh, no they won't. They're just the current regime's latest boogeyman. If the US would bother to reinstate the Constitution, and honor the Second Amendment ("...The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."), then if they _did_ invade, they wouldn't survive for very long. In fact, that's the _purpose_ of the Right to Keep and Bear Arms - the "militia" is _YOU_. Thanks, Rich |

(I'm going to regret this, but it has to be said.) You're stupidly ignorant. Of more than just the rules of English. -- Mike. -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |

A million? I don't accept that the word could be applied to a few nutters. -- David |

Nothing is storonger than brother on brother hatred. It was true of Christians some years back and is now true of muslims. The hatred between Iran and Iraq was in large part over which sect was right. Now that the US has handed Iraq to a bunch of Shia, there is a lot less hatred between the two nations. Here's what muslims are currently saying about the subject: http://english.aljazeera.net/NR/exer...5262BBE82C.htm > > If we ignore them now, tommorow they will be killing You. That is the usual boogy-man talk that is used to fighten people into acting against their own best interests. |
