Bad Sectors on Reiserfs partition

I've been getting a number of bad sectors on my disks.

My principal concern is data recovery.
What are my options in terms of recovering this data?

Second, both of my drives are getting loads of errors: both UDMA/100
drives. It appears that these drives are suseptible to cabling problems
that may cause this. Can anyone help me out here?
