RHEL 3 64 bit problem on IBM server

Hi --

When I try to install RH Linux Enterprise version 3 on our IBM server
e325, it stops at a point and gives this error:

The IBM server e325 has dual AMD opteron 64-bit processors and has 2
USB ports for which keyboard and mouse are connected. Any reason what
could be the problem?
I have posted this to redhat and they have taken more than a week to
get back to me. I complained to them again today and am still waiting.
I thougt some of you could help me faster,
