Use of sourceforge for IPFilter

After many years of working in private, I've finally decided to use
sourceforge in concert with my own CVS repository.

While the main discussion mailing list will remain here, there are two
new ipfilter lists hosted on sourceforge:
ipfilter-cvs
ipfilter-bugs

To submit bugs for IPFilter, please use this URL:
