These parameters do not exist in IPF 3.4.x, only a #define PROXY_DEBUG
(requiring recompilation and reinstallation), which moreover has no effect
in appr_check() if KERNEL or _KERNEL is defined. All my statements referred
to version 3.4.35 in Solaris 9 (SPARC, 64 bit). And as I wrote in my last
mail, the bug is not FTP specific but occurs with other builtin proxies, too.
