I suspect you may have more luck if you actually provided details of
the OS you're using. I'm guessing Solaris, but what version? You may
also want to provide details around the crash - what was happening
etc.

It's a bit like phoning a garage and expecting a diagnosis simply from
saying "Why does my car's engine keep cutting out?".
