Hi all,
at this moment I would like ti know if heavy traffic could make IPfilter (with default values) stop working and if one of the reasons could be the overflowing of inner tables of Ipfilter. Since in my case I don't need return messages to clients, I think information saved in these tables are not useful at all, so I guess "age" option in NAT rules could be a good solution in order to prevent tables to get overflowed. Default value is 20 min and we are considering to set a new value close to 0. Is this idea correct? Hope you can help me kind regards Alvaro |
