Solaris 8 Panic

Is this one of the types of panic expected with the type of system I've
got? It's the
first time I've seen it do it since cutting over to IPF, about 2 months
ago.

Is an upgrade in order? - I keep seeing reports of panics with 3.4.32 and
3.4.33.
