warren,

a little clarification is needed here...

are you
a) trying to redirect incoming traffic to a host behind your
ipf firewall box?
OR
b) trying to NAT outgoing traffic coming from your (presumably)
RFC1918-space internal network?

a small ASCII diagram with the major player boxes and the
direction of call initiation would be a great help.
