Default Correct operand for sqlcounter-checks...?

Hi all!

I'm having some trouble with limiting online time of some of the
freeradius users. I think my problem could be the operand I use in
radcheck for those users. Here is an example:
*******************
22885 hn7rkiug User-Password := ja3u5e
*******************
Is this correct? Or should the operand be '==' instead, as suggested
by http://osdir.com/ml/freeradius.user/.../msg00336.html ?
What is the difference between these 2 operands?

Greetings,
Evert
