You have two instances of the sql module config in sql.conf

so first default instance is
sql {
directive = whatever
.... config for database1
}
second for accounting
sql sql_accounting {
directive = whatever
.... config for database2
}

You then reference sql_accounting instead of just plain sql in the
accounting sections .
