The file holding the secret for radrelay to use must only have that secret =
in=20
it. Something like this...

/usr/bin/radrelay -a /var/log/radius/radacct -d /etc/raddb=20
=2DS /etc/raddb/secret.localhost -r localhost:1646 detail

/etc/raddb/secret.localhost:
testing123
