It might be that you are not a priveleged user or that old keys and certs=
are=20
stored on your system or openssl.cnf may be pointing to a different key t=
han=20
the script generates.=20

Print the CA.all script and look it over. It will tell you each step that=
is=20
taken. Also, check out the openssl docs.=20
